FAQ

  • How quickly does my item take to make?
    Depending on the current orders, it typically takes about 2-3 weeks for your order to be made and shipped. We will contact you if it will take longer. If you need a rush order (fee may apply) or want to know current production times, feel free to send us a message.
  • Where do you ship to?
    We currently only ship within the United States.
  • What shippment service do you use?
    We use USPS Priority Mail or sometimes FedEx (if requested, additional fee may apply).
  • Can you do a custom design or a style I have found on the internet?
    Possibly! Send us a message with clear pictures and then we can evaluate on if we can do it or not. Please let us know what metal you prefer along with lengh and width.
  • I need a different size, what can I do?"
    Please message us and we will work something out as far as a way to accomodate the new size.
  • What if I need to return an item?
    Returns are accepted with a 20% restocking fee. If you would like a different style (same price or higher), there will not be a restocking fee. You will need to pay the difference plus shipping. Please contact us for arrangements.
