How quickly does my item take to make?Depending on the current orders, it typically takes about 2-3 weeks for your order to be made and shipped. We will contact you if it will take longer. If you need a rush order (fee may apply) or want to know current production times, feel free to send us a message.

Where do you ship to?We currently only ship within the United States.

What shippment service do you use?We use USPS Priority Mail or sometimes FedEx (if requested, additional fee may apply).

Can you do a custom design or a style I have found on the internet?Possibly! Send us a message with clear pictures and then we can evaluate on if we can do it or not. Please let us know what metal you prefer along with lengh and width.

I need a different size, what can I do?"Please message us and we will work something out as far as a way to accomodate the new size.

What if I need to return an item?Returns are accepted with a 20% restocking fee. If you would like a different style (same price or higher), there will not be a restocking fee. You will need to pay the difference plus shipping. Please contact us for arrangements.
